2. Tool Set
- Tools need to be used by combining the products of multiple companies based on characteristic of works.
- It is recommended to select and combine the tools specialized for each company, such as the tools from Germany, Japan, the United States, China, Taiwan, etc., in light of the frequency of use and potential loss.
- It is a process of preparation for supplying the tool combination sets specialized for each maintenance technician, while preparing the storage frame drawing for each tool.

2. Tool for guide rubber exchange
- Strike type valve spring disassembly tool, not causing damage to the valve
- When the spring is struck with small force, the cotter pin is attached to the magnet inside the tool.
- As the end of valve is inserted into the groove on the elastic rubber, the valve damage is prevented.
4. Hand tap for car
- In the car repair process, taps are used for reproduction of damaged threads.
- It increases the ease of use in the narrow space where tap handle cannot be used.
- As a pitch dedicated for cars, only the no.2 tap is purchased in large quantity and used for hexagonal welding at the rear end.
- Patent registered. Replication prohibited.

2. Maintenance information guide
- Guidance on major car parts that can allow seamless communication between maintenance technician and customer
- Replacement cycle of major consumable items, along with the reason for replacement, are specified.
- 12,000 copies, coated on both sides, are provided free of charge to maintenance industry.
- It was developed and supplied at the request of the direct-run maintenance shop employees for the tool box suitable for maintenance technicians. The import of tool boxes from Taiwan and China in large quantity led to discontinuation of mass production. However, the production in small quantity continued at the request of the maintenance technicians who had experience in using the product.
- By visiting China and Taiwan every year, the tool boxes suitable for maintenance technicians were looked for, but could not be found.
- As the prices of imported products increase, we are preparing the production system to sharpen our domestic production price competitiveness.
- For the products currently produced and sold in small quantity, no active response has been made due to low profitability for corporation.
