[ Worksite lighting ensuring the safety in a way that suits the characteristics of car maintenance and industrial sites ]
A) Worksite lighting
1. Ttokttoki(Smart)
2. Teunteuni(Strong)
- A customer visited the company, saying the product was intact even after it fell to the ground from a 23-story apartment.
- Water-proof sealing was applied as it was immersed in the oil/anti-freeze containers, but it was not perfect.
- UV coating was applied to reduce the scratch on transparent window, but it was not perfect.
- Nylon was applied to prevent damage caused by frequent fall, but it was not perfect.
- 2 high-capacity batteries were used to increase both brightness and duration of use, but it was not perfect.
- At the worksite where the product needs to be used for a prolonged time, the product can be charged and used at the same time.
- A product with built-in charger (the patent right held by Jungjin Hi-Tech)
B) Paint booth lighting
1. Nonexplosion-proof lighting
- Additional action needs to be taken when preparing the plan on hazard prevention for the painting booth
- It needs to be fitted with gas leakage detector and emergency alert device.
- At the worksites exposed to high temperature, failure often occurs in electronic parts such as stabilizer, etc., and the lamp life is shortened.
2. Explosion-proof lighting
- No additional action needs to be taken when preparing the plan on hazard prevention for the painting booth
- A product eligible for high-risk item support from the Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency.
-Production is scheduled to start from October 2020(subject to the KS certification/explosion-proof certification requirements)
- The production was discontinued for 6 months due to the price and failure(a/s) after 10,000 units were produced and sold, However, the production resumed in April, 2021, at the request of users for additional units.
- Obsoleting the product was put on hold temporarily after considering the price and quality competitiveness as compared with that of Chinese products.
